Ginseng (Panax ginseng)
In Chinese the word ginseng means the essence of a man (gin-man, Seng-essence), but it is also called "the root of life" or "quintessence of the world."

Ginseng is a perennial plant originating in East Asia (China), Siberia and North America, is used by more than 5,000 years. In China, almost every doctor`s prescription contains ginseng.Native Americans knew the healing properties of ginseng and it was proven that when running or when travelling a long distance, they chew ginseng root to withstand fatigue.

Ginseng fortifies the body, increases and fatigue resistance.

Ganoderma (Ganoderma Luccidum)
For thousands of years, Ganoderma (or Lingzhi, as it is known traditionally) has been considered a miraculous remedy in the Chinese medicine, which increases longevity and heals many diseases. Ganoderma is part of the big family of mushrooms and because it is difficult to harvest, it is cultivated. The most effective are young, growing mushrooms ot those with a bittersweet taste.

Ganoderma contains some of the most valuable active substances: alkaloids, enzymes, vitamins, polysaccharides, vegetable albumin and organic germanium. The studies carried out have shown that Ganoderma contains 4-6 times more organic germanium than that present in ginseng. Organic germanium improves blood circulation, it increases the oxygen-carrying capacity of the body, it improves metabolism and it prevents cell degeneration. Polysaccharides are immunostimulating.  Vegetable albumin in the composition of the ganoderma has an exceptional biological value, similar to that of animal albumin, being thus an effective source of proteins.

Sea-buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides)
Sea-buckthorn  is one of the most effective plants among the medicinal herbs in Romania and all over the world. Sea-buckthorn fruit contains twice as much vitamin C as the wild rose, and 10 times more than citrus plants. In the case of the ripe fruit, the content of vitamin C exceeds 400-800 mg per 100 g of fresh juice. Other vitamins present in the fruit are A, B1, B2, B6, B9, E, K, P, F. The fruit also contains cellulose, beta-carotene (in a rate much higher than that found in the carrot pulp), trace elements such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium , potassium, sodium and iron, complex oils, etc.

Pollen
It is found in the form of granulated, very fine powder and it is the male, fertile element of flowers. Pollen collected by bees comes from a wide variety of flowers. It is unlikely that a bee will collect it from a single flower type. This polyfloral feature of pollen gives it a vast area of action in the treatment of many deficiencies and diseases. Pollen contains many active ingredients: proteins, essential and nonessential amino acids, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, fats and enzymes, anevrina, hormones, fragrances etc.

For example, out of 100g of pollen is obtained the same amount of amino acids as  from 7 eggs or ½ kg meat. In addition, recent research has shown that in the composition of pollen there are over 150 active substances, similar to those of the flowers from which the pollen originated, having thus a variety of medicinal effects. Pollen is used with good results in case of anemia, digestive and intestinal disorders, liver diseases, and in case of protein, vitamin and mineral defficiency. It has a beneficial effect in the case of neurosis, depression and asthenic neurosis. It is a powerful detoxifier, and because of this, for some people, it might cause unpleasant reactions at the beginning of the administration. It is a remedy for children suffering from asthenia, rickets, anemia, capricious appetite and recurrent respiratory infections. One kilogram of pollen contains as many doses of rutin (vitamin P), as there would be necessary for dozens of people to prevent a stroke in the brain.

It is a stimulant of the appetite, it facilitates digestion, it improves tone, it tackles fatigue, it prevents rickets, hair loss and it even helps the hair to grow faster, nourishing its roots.
